DONATION GUIDELINES:

Spin Doctor Cyclewerks, Inc. will evaluate requests for sponsorship or donations based on the following guidelines:

• Bi-Annual Deadlines: Requests must be received by the following dates to be considered.

1.        OCTOBER 1: For events in November, December, January and February.

2.        FEBRUARY 1: For events in March, April, May, June, July, August, September & October.

NOTE: Spin Doctor Cyclewerks must receive 30 days notice before the day of the event.

Organizational Focus: The organization or event must be focused on or related to: cycling, and/or skateboarding OR is a local school OR is a charitable organization focused on assisting the poor, hungry, poor in spirit, widows or orphans.

• Exclusions: Spin Doctor Cyclewerks, Inc. does not provide donations to the following:

1.        No individual sponsorships

2.        No athletic teams

• Re-evaluation: Spin Doctor Cyclewerks, Inc. does NOT automatically donate to past requests. All requests are re-evaluated each year.
• How to Submit your Request: The requester must submit a written request on their company's or organizational letterhead with the following information:

1.        What is the project or event?

2.        What is the donation request?

3.        What is the timetable for your event?

4.        What group will benefit from this event?
